I had a great experience here. I originally contacted the dealer through autotrader and was quickly set up with April. April helped me set up and buy my dream car. She was wonderful to deal with and went out of her way to help since i came from out of state. The dealership overall was wonderful. I'd highly recommend looking here if you can.

I traveled from Brooklyn, NY to Chicago to purchase my car, and I’m so glad I did. After going to several dealerships the process was getting frustrating. But at Gravity the service was excellent Don made the entire process smooth. Everything was explained upfront, so I knew exactly what to expect before arriving. They also picked me up from the airport and dropped me off, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend
