I have been looking for a Lexus for some time until I came across Gravity Autos Chicago. Let me start by saying that working with Don, made everything so much easier he was very attentive and made me feel so welcomed and heard. I had called to check the availability of the vehicle and he was so kind he sent me a text with all the details. I drove an hour away from my home but let me tell you it was worth it! It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and he made me feel safe unlike the other places I went. Don even checked up on me a couple days after my purchase.
